Please be sure to complete all of the information requested so we can process your order quickly.  If you are unsure of the cost of an item or want to know the product minimum, click on the Pricing page. 

Click on the Products page to find out how we can personalize ready-to-print products.  We can also help create a custom one-of-a-kind gift or keepsake of a special place or occasion by using photos, artwork and your ideas.  We will send product samples of ready-to-print items upon request.  

Custom orders are easier when discussed over the phone.  Once we receive your order, we will review it to be sure we understand how you want your custom items made.  We are available from 10 am - 7 pm CST  Monday - Saturday, if you prefer to call and place your order.  All custom work can be emailed to you for your approval before printing -- we do it all the time!

We can either call or send you an email confirmation of your order -- please indicate your choice on the Order Form.  Should you not receive a confirmation, check your Spam folder or call us at 952-935-5065.

Upon your approval, we will create a packing slip and produce your order.  From receipt of your order to shipping from Creatively Yours, most orders take 3 to 5 business days.  If custom work and emails for approval are indicated, extra time to complete your order should be allowed.  We will make every effort to accommodate changes to make your products just the way you want them!

Because each order is produced from the packing slip, items will be shipped together. 

Please note that the order minimum is $30.00.  Minnesota residents will pay 7.275% state sales tax.

All orders are sent by USPS.  Shipping charges for orders sent within the contiguous US:
            
                      Under $100 . . . . . . . . . . . $9.95 or actual postage, if less
                      $100 or more. . . . . . . . . . FREE

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, APO, or internationally will be sent via Air Parcel Post or Priority and billed on the invoice as actual charges, including extra fees, duties or taxes.

At this time, we accept VISA and MasterCard -- as our business grows, we hope to have shopping cart capabilities!  You can write your card info on the order form (the 16 digit card number and the mm/yy expiration date) or indicate you would like us to call and you can give us the info over the phone.  In either case, your card will not be charged until your order is ready to mail.

Rest assured that your email, address and other information is used only for processing your order.  It is and will be kept confidential and never shared with anyone.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if there are discrepancies.  We will work with you to make sure you’re satisfied!
